The data tables at https://verticalobserver.com/data/ (each table's page,
/data/<table>/, and its CSV file, /data/<table>.csv) are licensed under the
Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International licence (CC BY 4.0).

Each table page gives a suggested citation under "Cite this", for example:

The figures in the tables remain attributed to their original sources:
company filings, regulators and courts, named research vendors, the companies
themselves and named news outlets. A row names its source and basis wherever
the record gives one.
