Charles Band's FMA Productions takes its first microdrama to vertical streamer Shorts

Full Moon Artists Productions, formed this year by the horror producer with four microdrama performers, begins shooting Love in the Hamptons in East Hampton at the end of September.

What this basis means: Reported by a named news outlet, and traceable to neither a filing, a research vendor, nor the company itself.

Full Moon Artists (FMA) Productions has set Love in the Hamptons as its first series for the vertical streamer Shorts, under a branded strand the companies are calling FMAxShorts. Deadline reported the project on 15 September 2026.

FMA Productions was formed during 2026 by the horror producer Charles Band together with the microdrama performers Sarah Moliski, Stoughton, Felix Merback and Eric Guilmette, who are producing the series. Band also operates the horror streaming channel Full Moon Features.

Principal photography is set for the end of September in East Hampton, New York. Marc Cotter and Bilella are writing, with Water Street Films, producer of Rival Hearts, attached. Casting had not been announced. No episode count or budget was given. The producers claim the series is the first vertical drama filmed on location in the Hamptons, a claim that has not been independently established.

The company's earlier work comprises two ReelShort microdramas, Dungeons of Ecstasy and Models vs. Werewolves. A.J. Letterel is named as development chief at Shorts.
