Inkitt to launch Ironblood, an all-AI action and science-fiction vertical app
Announced for 15 July, it is billed as the first microdrama app devoted to action, science fiction and superhero titles, fully AI-generated, with around 30 titles a month.
What this basis means: Disclosed by the company about itself, and not independently confirmed.
Inkitt, a San Francisco company with German founding roots led by chief executive Ali Albazaz, will launch Ironblood on 15 July 2026. The company bills it as the first microdrama app focused entirely on action, science fiction and superhero material, wholly AI-generated, with around 30 titles a month. That makes it a genre-specialist extension of the AI-native approach Inkitt already applies at CandyJar.
The positioning and the output figure are company-claimed and not independently verified. Inkitt's disclosed backers are Khosla, NEA, Kleiner Perkins, Redalpine and Axel Springer. C21 reported the plan on 2 June 2026.
