Hartford Creative Group, Inc., a Nevada corporation based in Rosemead, California and quoted on OTC Markets under the symbol HFUS, reported a change of leadership effective 1 September 2026.

Sheng-Yih Chang resigned as co-chief executive officer and chairman of the board for health-related reasons. The filing states that his resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the company over its operations, policies or practices. The board appointed Kewei Huang, also known as Kek Wee Ng, as chief executive officer and chairman on 28 August 2026, effective 1 September. Huang had been co-chief executive since 22 July 2026.

His executive employment agreement provides annual base compensation of $60,000, subject to later adjustment by the board, with an initial term running to 31 August 2027 and automatic one-year renewals. The employment is at will, and Huang must give at least 60 days' written notice to terminate. The company disclosed no arrangement or understanding under which he was selected, no family relationships and no related-party interest.

The agreement, filed as an exhibit, opens by describing the company as being "in the business of social media advertising agency and mini-drama business". The company has disclosed no titles, slate, platform or short-form revenue.
