FlexTV owner Mega Matrix sets a 1-for-20 share consolidation from 15 September
Mega Matrix, which operates the short-drama platform FlexTV, fixed the ratio of its share consolidation at one new share for every 20, in a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission on 10 September 2026.
What this basis means: Regulatory filing, government body, court or industry association.
Mega Matrix Inc., the NYSE American-listed holding company that operates the short-drama platform FlexTV, said on 10 September 2026 that it would consolidate its ordinary shares at a ratio of one post-consolidation share for every 20, according to a Form 6-K filed with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
The consolidation takes effect at 4:05 p.m. New York time on 15 September 2026, and the Class A ordinary shares begin trading on a post-consolidation basis on 16 September under the existing symbol MPU, with a new CUSIP number, G6005C116. Issued and outstanding Class A ordinary shares fall from 62,492,148 to about 3,124,608, subject to rounding. Outstanding warrants and other equity rights are adjusted proportionately.
Shareholders had earlier authorised a consolidation within a range; the filing fixes the ratio at the top of that range and sets the dates. The company describes itself as operating FlexTV, a short-video streaming platform and producer of short dramas, through an indirect wholly owned subsidiary.
