Gamehaus agrees to buy 56% of AI micro-serial platform Anamana for $26.6m

The Nasdaq-listed mobile game publisher will pay $19.6m in new shares to existing shareholders and invest $7.0m in cash. Its chairman controlled about 63% of Anamana's holding company before the deal.

What this basis means: Regulatory filing, government body, court or industry association.

Gamehaus Holdings, a Shanghai-based mobile game publisher listed on Nasdaq, agreed on 2 November 2026 to acquire a 56.0% stake in Techforge Co., Ltd, the Cayman Islands holding company of the AI-native micro-serial platform Anamana, according to a Form 6-K filed with the SEC on 4 November.

The consideration is $26.6m. Gamehaus will issue 24.5 million Class A shares, at a deemed price of $0.80 each and worth $19.6m, to existing Techforge shareholders, and will invest $7.0m in cash in Techforge for new shares. Gamehaus chairman Feng Xie beneficially owned about 63.0% of Techforge before the transaction, so the board's audit committee reviewed it as a related-party deal. Closing was expected within 30 days of signing.

Anamana was founded in 2025 and operates through Anamana Pte. Ltd. in Singapore. Creators use its production tool, Anamana Studio, to make serialized vertical video, which is distributed through Anamana's own app and on YouTube and TikTok. In a letter to shareholders filed on 6 November, Xie said the tool cuts capital, time and manpower costs by up to 97% compared with live-action microdrama production. He also said Anamana would become Gamehaus's primary growth engine, with the games business run for cash flow.
