What this basis means: Disclosed by the company about itself, and not independently confirmed.
Snaxx, the microdrama app of the Kirchzarten-based production company Black Forest Studios, was available to install from Google Play in Germany on 1 November 2026, the launch date the company announced in September. The store lists the developer as Black Forest Studios GmbH and shows in-app purchases priced from EUR 2.99 to EUR 99.99 per item.
The listing, written by the company, says the first episodes of each series are free. Viewers then continue with coins, bought as packs or received monthly with a subscription, and the coins do not expire. The app offers profiles for children and teenagers protected by a PIN, a guest mode, and six languages: German, English, Spanish, French, Italian and Portuguese.
The listing does not mention the ad-supported tier at EUR 4.99 a month that German trade press reported from the company's website in September. The company had announced a simultaneous release on iOS and Android. Early on 1 November the app was not yet listed in Apple's App Store in Germany, and the Snaxx website still carried a waiting-list sign-up.
