Fox Entertainment, Endemol Shine North America and Holywater's My Drama are developing a scripted vertical microseries inspired by the Fear Factor franchise, TheWrap reported on 27 October 2026.

The untitled horror series comprises 30 episodes of about three minutes each and will premiere exclusively on My Drama. It is produced by Fox Entertainment Studios and Endemol Shine North America, with worldwide distribution handled by Fox Entertainment Global. No release date has been set.

According to the announcement, it is the first scripted adaptation of the Fear Factor format and My Drama's first horror series. Michael Heyerman, executive vice president of unscripted series at Endemol Shine North America, said few franchises are "as naturally built for vertical".

TheWrap noted that Fox holds an equity stake in Holywater and has licensed microseries from Dhar Mann and Kevin Hart's Hartbeat.
