WWE and the microdrama platform ReelShort have completed their first joint title, "Agent of Shadows", which premieres on 23 October 2026 on ReelShort and on social media, Variety reported on 12 October. It is the first project since the two companies announced their partnership in July 2026.
The series follows a secret agent who learns he has a daughter he never knew about and must protect her from a criminal organisation. Its cast combines microdrama actors Chase Mattson, Marc Herrmann and Katherine Gibson with WWE talent including Drew McIntyre, Jacob Fatu, Joe Hendry, Nikkita Lyons, Michael Hayes and Booker T. McIntyre plays Roscoe, the right-hand man to the lead character.
Ben Houser, WWE's head of scripted and unscripted and development, told Variety that ReelShort is "the next iteration of how the younger generation in our country consume content". No financial terms were disclosed.
