Hartbeat is the US comedy studio founded by Kevin Hart. Neither company disclosed financial terms. Accounts of the co-producer differ: C21Media describes it as Upscale Promotions & Entertainment, founded by Malik Davis, while Deadline and TheWrap name Upscale Productions.
